Now with the help of Portals and auto emails, patients are able to get their medical reports and other information online. The Doctors and other medical professional have become more managed as they have all information available on the Information system in advance, they can monitor patient condition and do medical advice remotely. The schedule for medical appointment is far better managed. The administration can get and manage information regarding medical professional like Doctors, Nurses and other professional reporting detail more efficiently. The management of medical equipments, medicines and other items have become better. Through remote monitoring and analysing of the data at the continuous way risk mitigation and issuing alerts and warning has become more accessible. As the time has start saving, now research on medical studies and medical care has become wider now. Remote guidance for Medical assistance as well surgery has become possible now. With the help of current open source software these Information system has become affordable even for small Health care organizations. These Information systems has provided great level of help to the peoples living in remote ruler areas. These Information systems are not only providing assistance in the Hospitals and medical care organizations, but also helping in designing National to International level Health care schemes. Also helps in monitoring National level health of the peoples. Also provides the database to research on elimination of disease and developing cure system Jean (A. Balgrosky, 2014). Negative Impact With so many advantages the evolution of Health Care system has also increased many problems. Now whole system has become completely dependent on the Information system. The major weakness are- If the server get any problem, the whole working of the system effects and in some cases whole work is stopped. The whole detail are stored on the Information system, the risk of intrusion in privacy of the patient is more evident now. The risk of misuse of details is the biggest issue. The reliability of framework of Information System is the biggest issue. The security of information system is also one major issue. Efficiency in terms of usability, time and understanding is also big issue. History of Evolution of Information System The development of Health care Information system evolved in the year ,s of 1960 S. The complete detail is as folllows Evolution in 1960 The use of Information system increased but restricted to providing information syste ADT System. But increased interest in Clinical Information system. Evolution in 1980s- The Medicare introduced payment system for the services. Medicaid also followed payment system for its services. At the same time Personal computers were also introduced this also boosted the efficiency of Health care Information System. The distributed information system was introduced at this time. Affordable Health care information system were introduced. Evolution in 1990s- With the introduction of Internet the development of Health care , it provided the managed health care system. Better serviceability was introduced. IOM calls for patient information system was adopted. Due to decreased cost of hardware the popularity also increased. Wide range of services were introduced. Evolution in 2000 and beyond Better security and standards were introduced. Cost was made to become less. Pay for performance system is introduced. Better interface, Dashboard system is been introduced. Better usability is provided. E-Hospital System- An integrated information system for HMS. net- It provides the modular system for HMS, Billing, medical practice etc. SisoHis- Completelly internet based solution with all facility of HIS, PIC and suitable for both middle size to large size systems. Mpulse Very user friendly work environment( Joseph Tan, Fay Cobb Payton,2010). Emaint system- Completely cloud based system, With facility of preventive maintenance and care system. Conclusion- Health care Information System is a wide area. Designing a project for Information system for Health system is a challenging and very responsible task. One major consideration one can never neglect in designing this project is, this project will be supporting Life Critical situations too so any kind of fault can pay to life or serious effect. This report has suggested to apply Cloud Computing for implementing this project as with this modern approach a better facilities can be facilitated for the patients and other users especially in remote areas.
